TIMOTHY HAVINS

Summary

I have been in the telecommunications industry for 14 years and have worked my way up the ladder and have worked

almost all positions in that time. I started with CCI in late 2000 as a tower hand and since have worked as a foreman for

Spectrasite, Global tower, Charles Taylor.

I started my first project management position with Trusty construction in 2006 and worked as a project manager for them

until 2009. In 2009 I was offered a position with CTE networks where I started and built the RF portion of their company

which included hiring multiple qualified RF crews, and securing work, and managing all aspects of the RF portion of the

company.

In 2011 I went to work for RMCI as a project manager to help manage multiple crew on work with T-mobile, AT&T, and

Clearwire but they ended up running out of work and could no longer support my position. After RMCI I helped Brian

Lindsay start Jaxton construction where I hired both an in-house crew and multiple sub-contractors and secured both civil

and RF work through multiple companies such as Verticom, Duvall construction, CTE networks, and AllCell. During the

5 years with Jaxton construction I managed both civil and RF in the AT&T LTE, 2C,5C as well as the Sprint 2.5 projects

and several raw land builds from start to finish both civils and RF.

Jaxton Construction

During my time with Jaxton construction I assisted in developing the company with Brian Lindsay. My job was to hire both

civils and RF crews and help to develop a customer base and then manage all jobs from start to finish. I also was in

charge of bidding all of the RF work and partial civils work as well as ordering and picking up all materials for all jobs we

acquired thru our customers. During my time with Jaxton construction I helped establish a working relationship with

Verticom, Duvall construction, RMCI,CTE Networks, AllCell and NextGen. We assisted these above mentioned

companies in multiple builds ranging from raw land construction to co-locations and trouble tickets.

With RMCI construction I was hired on as a project manager where I helped manage crews on T-mobile, Clearwire, and

AT&T builds. I was involved in crew scheduling and closeout completion as well as site testing where needed. I left

RMCI because the work load became extremely slow and they could no longer support my position.

multiple qualified RF crews as well as securing work with both Clearwire and AT&T. After I established gaining both
